MISSION
The Chattanooga Pride Food Coalition is a partnership of local LGBTQ+ and allied organizations working together to fill the gaps and feed the city.
Many of our member organizations were already doing this work: running free fridges, preparing meals, organizing mutual aid, and building networks of care. This coalition brings those existing systems together, expanding their reach and coordination to meet the growing need in our community.
Our mission is to focus on community outreach and fundraising. This work will support our coalition orgs who collect, prepare, and deliver food directly to those who need it most, while stocking and maintaining community fridges, hosting meal distributions, and building sustainable systems of support.
By joining forces, we can respond quickly, collaborate deeply, and ensure that every person, especially those most impacted and often overlooked, has access to nourishing food, care, and connection.
